This Brazilian coffee is grown on a farm northeast of Sao Paulo near Carmo de Minas. Grown at an altitude of between 1000 and 1300 meters above sea level, the beans were processed using the Pulped Natural method, resulting in beans with a nutty, chocolaty flavor, pronounced body, and low acidity.

This coffee is generally best at a dark roast level.
