Light Roast: Ethiopia Guji



This Ethiopia Guji coffee is rich with flavor, accented by blueberry notes providing a natural sweetness to your morning cup. It is processed naturally, bringing out a deep fruitiness.

As a light roast, you’ll want to brew with hot water, about 200 degrees F.  Brewing with cooler water (like with most counter-top machines) won’t extract the flavors properly and you’ll typically end up with weak or even grassy tasting coffee.  If you don’t have a thermometer, the best way to reach ideal water temp is to bring your water to boiling, then take it off the heat and let it sit for about 45-60 seconds.
