Description

This Guatemalan Fair Trade Organic (FTO) coffee is grown on farms in the San Marcos region of the country. Grown at an altitude of between 1600 and 1800 meters above sea level, they were processed using the washed method, resulting in balanced, sweet and mellow beans. Flavors of toffee, citrus, and berry flavors are accented with a smooth mouthfeel.

This bean is generally best suited for a light-to-medium roast.
