Description

Sourced from a Fair Trade Organic farm cooperative (Regional de Agricultores Orgánicos de la Sierra), this Honduran coffee is grown on farms near the southwestern border of the country. While the quality of much of the coffee grown in Honduras is often unstable, this cooperative of farmers has had consistently good results. RAOS stands apart through its attention to detail in processing: RAOS has a central processing station for wet- and dry-milling, which helps improve the consistency and the quality in the cup.

The tasting notes of this coffee are slightly citric with distinct chocolate and nutty flavors.  If you like our Brazil Fazenda, you’ll also enjoy this coffee.
