When we roast, we do our best to enhance the natural flavors in the beans. Coffee has a wide variety of flavor profiles, from chocolate to caramel to blueberry. While that’s very important to some people, not everyone needs to identify a “hint of stonefruit,” or describe the “creamy mouthfeel.” Some people just want to drink good coffee. And we appreciate that.
